In March 2018, a software developer contacted us and instructed us and assigned us to prepare a detailed non-disclosure agreement in English because our client operates mainly outside of Bulgaria and the subcontractors who will sign the agreement are English speaking citizens. The client drew attention to a few things he wanted to be included in the agreement. A few days later, we drafted a non- disclosure agreement that would allow the parties to settle their confidentiality relations with the exchange of confidential information among themselves. The agreement we have proposed has been fully approved by the client as it completely regulates the relationship between the Disclosing and Receiving party regarding the exchange of confidential information.
