In October 2018, a client contacted us and commissioned us to draft a cooperation agreement, as he wishes the contractual relations with a contractor for the development of a software product to be regulated in an agreement. The agreement we have drafted and provided to the client was approved by the client as it regulates in detail the relations between the parties. The agreement contains clauses on the subject matter of the agreement, the rights, and obligations of the parties, the independent status of the parties, the ownership of the product, confidentiality obligations, clauses about the sale of the product, distribution of profits and the way of payment, the termination of the agreement, revision of the agreement as well as final provisions.
