In May 2016, we successfully registered four national trademarks for one of our clients, who afterward decided to take advantage of our Trademark Monitoring service. We provided the service “Trademark monitoring” with the help of a specially developed for this purpose software that identifies all similar trademarks that are filed for registration. Every week we receive reports containing all similar trademarks that have been filed for registration in order to be able to provide the client with the information in a timely manner and to organize the preparation and submission of opposition on time if necessary. In this way, we provide an extremely complete monitoring service for our client’s trademarks.
