In April 2018, a UX and Graphic Designer contacted and commissioned us to draft the complete set of documents for compliance with the requirements of the new Regulation 2016/679. After having had a meeting with the client for specifying the scope of the service we are providing, we provided the client with a questionnaire to answer in order to have the necessary information for the preparation of the documents. The client in turn promptly replied to all questions, and then we dealt with the preparation of the complete set of documents, among which various types of requests, declarations, notifications, confirmations, agreements, contracts, data protection policy, protocols, internal procedures, verification and control procedures, forms of providing information, etc.
In addition to the above-cited documents, we have also provided the client with the following materials:
- A manual containing a detailed description of the duties of the data controllers.
- A manual containing practical steps to implement the General Data Protection Regulation.
- A manual containing a detailed description of the rights of the data subjects and the terms and conditions for exercising the rights of data subjects under the Regulation.
- How to Prepare your website for the GDPR;
- Rules for working with clients and personal data;
- Terms for storing documents.
We were able to draft the full set of the documentation before 25.05.2018, helping our client to comply with GDPR’s requirements.
