In August 2017, a client engaged – a recruitment agency hired us to us to draft the necessary documents for registration of a data Controller at the Commission for Protection of Personal Data. Within the agreed timeframe, we were able to prepare the necessary documents to be filed at the Commission in order for the client to be successfully registered as a data controller, namely: – an application for registration of a data controller of a legal entity; – forms on the registers kept by the controller. In addition, we also prepared an Instruction under Ordinance No. 1 of 30 January 2013 for the minimum level of technical and organizational measures and the allowed type of personal data protection.
