In September 2017, a client – a digital marketing agency contacted us and instructed us to develop general terms and conditions for use of a website, a privacy policy and a contract in Bulgarian and English, as the newly created website of the client has a Bulgarian version and an English version. We were able to complete the project within the agreed timeframe as required by the client. The prepared documents comply with the requirements of the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria. The terms and conditions we have drafted have the following structure: introduction; objectives and scope of the terms and conditions; definitions; identification of the provider; subject matter of the terms and conditions; characteristics of the website and conditions for applying for a service and concluding of an individual contract; prices and payment methods; responsibility; links to third-party websites intellectual property rights; final provisions: applicable law; written form; amendments to the terms and conditions; partial invalidity; settlement of disputes. The contract we have prepared for the client has the following structure: identification of the parties; subject matter of the contract; subscription fee, financial terms, and method of payment; provision of the service; rights and obligations of the assignor; rights and obligations of the assignee; independent contractor status; non-commitment obligation; responsibility; term of the contract; force majeure; final provisions.
