In September 2017 a client contacted us and instructed us to prepare the necessary documents for doing business on the Internet, which to be published on the client’s website. The documents we have drafted for the client are Terms and Conditions for Use of a website, Cookies Policy, as the website uses cookies to improve its efficiency, as well as a Privacy Policy in compliance with the requirements of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as our client collects and processes personal data of individuals. The website has only a Bulgarian version so the documents had to be prepared only in Bulgarian. The documents were drafted within the agreed time, and then we sent them to the client by email.
