In September 2017, a UX and graphic designer contacted us and hired us to prepare an agreement in Bulgarian and English. The client provided us with all the necessary information we have requested in order to be able to prepare the agreement as well as the information he wishes to be included in the agreement so that the relations between the client in his role as an Assignee and the ordering party as an Assignor to be regulated. In a few days, we drafted the agreement both in Bulgarian and English. The proposed agreement by us contained clauses regarding the Subject matter of the agreement; Term of completion; Remuneration and method of payment; Rights and obligations of the Assignor; Rights and obligations of the Assignee; Liability; Confidentiality; Intellectual property rights; Termination. Penalties; Force majeure circumstances; Final provisions. The agreement was received and approved by the client.
