In January 2017, a graphic designer contacted us with the assignment to prepare a written legal opinion where we had to compare two trademarks in order to determine whether there is a similarity between them which could lead to confusion among consumers. We compared them on phonetic, visual and conceptual similarities and analyzed the results in the detailed legal opinion in which we concluded that there was no similarity between the two trademarks that could lead to a likelihood of confusion among consumers. In addition, the one trademark is used for the production of goods and the other is a trademark for providing services in a different area.
