In June 2016, we were contacted by a fashion designer, who commissioned us to draft a confidentiality agreement, as well as a manufacturing contract. We were able to prepare these documents within the stipulated timeframe. The manufacturing contract we have proposed to the client has the following structure: identification of the parties subject matter of the contract, term, remuneration, and method of payment, rights, and obligations of the assignee, rights, and obligations of the assignor, termination of the contract, penalties, final provisions.
