We have conducted a preliminary search of a word trademark for services in Class 42 of the Nice Classification of Goods and Services

In March 2018, we were contacted by a client who intends to register a word trademark as a European Union trademark for the following services in Class 42 of the Nice Classification, namely: provision of temporary use of social networking for software applications. After a detailed search on our part, it turned out that there are no similar earlier trademarks for similar services at the time of the search. We prepared a written analysis and advised the client to develop this trademark.
