In May 2018 we were contacted by a client who assigned us to update the already drafted website terms and conditions of use. The client had implemented Regulation 2016/679 and had already drafted privacy policy, but the terms and conditions of use also contained provisions on personal data protection and we had to update them due to the fact that on the 25th of May 2018 Regulation 2016/679 entered into force. We have added some new clauses in the terms and conditions of use and we also recommended that some clauses shall be edited with which the client agreed. The task was completed within the agreed time.
