In July 2015, a client who intends to operate in the field of business with restaurants has approached us to draw up all the necessary documents for registration of a company at the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency. We have prepared the full set of documents, paid the state fee, opened a bank account and raised the capital. We filed the documents electronically and the company was successfully registered with which the client started its activity.
