Тhe acceptance of applications under Vouchers 3 and 4 for financial support of companies that want to protect their intellectual property rights by refunding 75% of state fees has been resumed

From 02.06.2025, the acceptance of applications under Vouchers 3 (for national and European patents) and 4 (for new plant varieties) for financial support of companies that want to protect their intellectual property rights by refunding part of the state fees was resumed. Under Voucher 4, the refund is in the amount of 75% of the state fees, and under Voucher 3 – 75% for national patents and 50% for European patents.
