In the last days of the year, it is time for analysis. The past year 2024 was an extremely dynamic, diverse, and successful year for us. Throughout all these days, we have been guided by the love of law and the desire to win clients’ battles.
In the past year, we managed to apply for registration of over 85 trademarks and designs (national, European, international). We were part of two events at which we had the opportunity to provide more information about registration of trademarks. The number of clients who entrusted us with the preparation of documents for conducting business on the Internet, such as Terms and Conditions of Use, Orivacy Policies and Cookies Policies, both in Bulgarian and English, has also increased.
In addition, Krasimira Kadieva successfully completed training for mediators and was registered in the Unified Register of Mediators at the Ministry of Justice and as an IMI Qualified Mediator – a mediator meeting the standards of IMI – the International Mediation Institute. At the end of September 2024, Krasimira Kadieva was accepted as a member of the Mediation Committee of the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA).
