In November 2020 we had the pleasure to work on several extremely interesting projects, for which we would like to thank our clients for their trust.
1. For our client, who deals with the design of computer games, we have prepared a Letter of Intent in English as well as a Services Agreement in Bulgarian and English.
2. For our client who develops a mobile application, we have prepared a Services Agreement as well as General Terms and Conditions for use of the mobile application and a Privacy Policy.
3. For our client, who produces clothing, we have prepared a Services Agreement in English.
4. For our client, who produces 3D forms, we have updated the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy and prepared General Terms of Use for the e-shop.
5. For our client, for whom the software is being developed, we have revised a Services Agreement with clauses concerning intellectual property rights and the protection of trade secrets.
6. For our client, who will produce cosmetics, we have registered a Community design.
7. For our client we have prepared a Privacy Policy.
8. For our client, who is the owner of a mobile application, we have prepared General Terms of Use for the mobile application and a Privacy Policy in Bulgarian.
9. For our client, who deals with game design, we have prepared a Confidentiality Agreement and a Services Agreement.
10. For our client we have registered a national word mark for services in classes 35, 36, 38, and 42 of the Nice Classification, which mark we filed for registration in June 2020.
11. For our client we have registered a national combined mark for goods in classes 3 and 5 of the Nice Classification, which mark we filed for registration in April 2020.
