In February 2020, we were contacted by a new client who hired us to register a sole trader. We made an appointment with the client who provided us with all the necessary information to enable us to prepare the necessary documents for the sole proprietorship. We prepared the documents that were signed by our client and the specimen certified by a notary public, paid the state fee, and filed the documents at the Commercial Register. After a day, the sole proprietor’s registration was entered, thus completing this project.
