Attorney Krasimira Kadieva provides legal services to her clients in the fields of intellectual property, personal data protection, Internet law and e-commerce. Krasimira Kadieva organizes a paid internship program aimed at law students. The selected trainees will have the opportunity to acquire valuable knowledge and gain practical experience. The internship will be fully tailored to the university’s program of selected applicants.
Knowledge and skills expected to be developed by the approved candidates:
– Gaining knowledge and experience on preliminary trademark searches;
– Gaining knowledge about drafting of legal opinions containing the results of the preliminary trademark searches;
– Gaining knowledge and practical experience in drafting of contracts in Bulgarian and English;
– Gaining knowledge and practical experience in preparing of documents for doing business on the Internet (Website Terms and Conditions, Privacy policy and Cookies policy).
