А Law on the Protection of Trade Secrets was promulgated

The Law on the protection of Trade Secrets was promulgated on 05.04.2019 of the State Gazette. The law defines a trade secret (Article 3), a trade secret holder, an infringer, and also regulates the lawful and unlawful acquisition, use and disclosure of trade secrets, as well as exceptions to the unlawful acquisition, use or disclosure of trade secrets. Chapter Three of the Act regulates the procedure for the protection of trade secrets.
