In October 2018, a client, with whom we have previously worked contacted us. The client is an applicant of a national trademark before the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria and has changed the name and address the address of the company. We were instructed to register the change in order to fulfill the requirements of article 40 of the Law on Marks and Geographical Indications. We have prepared the necessary documents, paid the state fee, and filed the documents at the Patent Office. Within a few days, the change was successfully recorded. We have provided a certificate to the client of the change made and thus we have successfully completed this project.
