In September 2018 a client who is a proprietor of an international trademark registered before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) contacted us and informed us that he has made a change in the name and address of the company that is a proprietor of the trademark. The client instructed us to record the change of name and address. We prepared all the necessary documents for the successful entry of the change of the name and address and submitted them at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). We paid the state fee and the change was successfully recorded in October 2018. Finally, we provided the client with a document certifying the successful entry of the change of the name and address of the proprietor of the international trademark.
