We have successfully recorded the transfer of shares in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency

In July 2016, a client with whom we have worked on other projects contacted us and hired us to record a transfer of shares in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency. We prepared the necessary documents, paid the state fee and entered the documents electronically. In a few days, the transfer of shares was successfully recorded.
