We have successfully increased the capital of a company by subscribing new shares

In October 2016, a client with whom we previously worked on other projects, contacted us and assigned us to record an increase in the capital of a company to which the client is a manager by subscribing new shares. We have prepared the necessary documents for the increase of the capital, paid the state fee and we entered the documents electronically. In a few days, the increase in capital by subscribing to new shares was recorded successfully.
