In May 2015 we were contacted by a client with whom we have worked on several projects and hired us to conduct a preliminary search of two trademarks for the following services falling under Class 41 of the Nice Classification of Goods and Services, namely: organizing of events. We conducted the preliminary search in the databases containing registered and filed for registered trademarks and it appeared that at the time of the search there were similar trademarks registered for identical and similar services in Class 41 for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. We provided the results to our client and in conclusion, advised the client to chose a different name.
