At the beginning of October 2018, we were approached by a client – an independent media, that provides information through its website about fashion, culture, and entertainment. The client instructed us to prepare the necessary documents to be published on its website. The website has only a Bulgarian version, so the documents needed to be prepared only in Bulgarian. The documents we have drafted for the client are Terms and Conditions for Use of a Website, Privacy policy in compliance with the requirements of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as our client collects and processes personal data of individuals and a Cookies Policy, as the website uses cookies to improve its performance. The three documents were prepared within five business days and were provided to the client.
