In November 2015, a client engaged in the production, processing, storage, and re-planting of animal and plant agricultural products has asked us to change the seat and the registered address of the company, as well as to make a transfer of shares. Once the client has been acquainted with the procedure and the required documents that have to be prepared, the client agreed to work with us. Attorney-at-law Krasimira Kadieva prepared all the necessary documents. The agreement for the transfer of shares was certified by a notary. In addition, the state fee for making of the changes was paid in by bank transfer, the documents were entered in the Commercial Register electronically. Within a few days, the change of circumstances was recorded successfully.
