TRADEMARK MONITORING

Many trademarks have been registered over the years and more and more applications for trademarks are submitted with the development of the market economy. This often leads to conflict of interests between different competitors and is the main reason for the development of the service TRADEMARK MONITORING. When an application for registration of a trademark is submitted, the Patent Office as well as the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market do not examine whether identical or similar trademarks exist. This is why the service TRADEMARK MONITORING is very useful for every owner of a trademark in order to file an opposition if third party tries to register identical or similar to his trademark.

How exactly do you perform the “trademark monitoring”?

We provide the service „trademark monitoring” to clients through the use of а specialized software which identifies and finds absolutely all identical and similar trademarks that have been filed for registration. According to an independent institution that has conducted a comprehensive benchmarking research of several softwares, offered by different organizations, the software that we use has been ranked the world’s best trademark search algorithm. The software generates and provides reports each week containing all similar and/or identical trademarks that have been filed for registration together with the following information: applicant’s name; image of the mark; goods and services; the patent office where the trademark has been filed; deadline for submission of an opposition.

Advantages of the software:

  • Service of highest quality at an affordable price;
  • Weekly reports;
  • Enough time for preparing and filing of an opposition;
  • The world’s best trademark search algorithm according to an independent institution.
