Krasimira Kadieva is a Bulgarian and European trademark and design attorney, who graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of National and World Economy in 2007. In 2009 – 2010 she specialized International Business Law at Queen Mary College, University of London. She has twelve years practical experience in negotiations, drafting of legal documents and representing clients in the field of intellectual property, privacy and data protection, internet law and e-Commerce as well as commercial law as from 2013 she develops her private practice.
For improving of her professional qualifications Krasimira Kadieva regularly attends conferences, practical courses, seminars, forums and webinars in the field of intellectual property, privacy and data protection, internet law and e-Commerce. She has been invited as a guest speaker at a seminar on trademarks registration procedure in October 2015. She has written numerous articles in the field of intellectual property law, privacy and data protection, internet law and e-Commerce that discuss the most important IP matters, provide practical advice to businesses, describe the last amendments of the legislation.
